Oh, that's cool! I remember the first time I beat Super Mario Bros. 3 and the princess said that, I was like "WHAT?!" :shock: I like most of those old drafts. I think I remember at least hearing of the inclusion of those fire-spitting snakes from Super Mario Bros 2 in the Koopahari Desert ...

What if when the Marios came back to rescue Daisy, they went into the wrong building of Koopa's Tower and Koopa was there waiting for them and said "Sorry, but your princess is in another castle!"

Obviously, it would've required some significant rewriting but it would've been kinda funny.

Does anybody ever get that "Evil King Koopa" song stuck in their head?
