While I'm aware that the people running this site have a real life, as well as little time to devote to a fan-project, however trying to send a message requires a complete website. My suggestion would be asking on the forums to see if there is anyone here willing and able to take on some of the work...

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog

I may be a Mario addict but I can't say I'm not a fan of Sonic the Hedgehog because I am...well at least a fan of the older games. I honestly can see why someone would be a fan of these games. The graphics are nice, the controls are great, the gameplay is unique and great, and the music is great to...

Rather than go through Disney, who clearly aren't bothered, why don't we try other distributors with a history of the movie. As much of a pain as it is to get hold of, Njutafilms do Blu-Rays and they've made the higher quality DVD. If there's a way to get them to merge those distribution arms... The...

I have returned. Through the frozen wastes of the internet, fighting off the violent creatures of regional-only stockists and having only my hat, Donald, and my right hand for company... Just a quick question on equipment. What types of set lighting are you using? Are you using Rotoscope lighting, or LED set lighting with a halogen filter? Or is it more like a traditional lighting gun?

Just curious, the project looks good so far :)

Well I don't work with him in the design process, he builds the models himself. However I gave him a specific brief. The designs had to be F-Zero X style, not GX. GX's character designs are anime inspired, whereas X gave them more gritty everyday clothing/racing designs which suited the more realist...

That's cool Redstar. The actors were all good (Except Scotty), and the special effects were masterful. Big fan of Star Trek in almost all of it's iterations. Each series has it's share of bad episodes, and as a fan of any show you come to expect that. The films have declined, moreso than the series. Are there certain characters you think would be better as CGI instead of actors? I think Pico would do well as a CGI render instead of an actor because of the difficulty of creating a believable mask that doesn't look like a plastic 'Gorn' person. I have extremely low expectations of that Phoenix Wright movie, I figure it will be pretty bad. First of all, let's start with how the Bros. look. I hate to admitt it but I agree to degree on this. First of all, Mario and Luigi are icons, and they have an iconic look. Mario is short, has a moustache, and wears red and blue. Luigi is tall, wears a moustahce, and wears green and blue. By not gi...

Do not like the news story poster's opinion of SMB movie. The style of SMB The Movie is one of the chief reasons it appeals so much to me, it's so different from it's source material. How comes that is seen as some sort of "perverse screw up", or Hollywood trying to destroy the series, yet...

I have to be honest though, the brooding cyberpunk feel of the film (Whether fully realised/successful or not) is the very thing that makes this film stand out so completely from all other video game to film adaptions. It is unique. If this script had been made instead, it would automatically lose i...

Not to mention it's more like a darker version of the Mario Cartoons. The 7/17/91 script is in no sense of the word 'dark.' I'm sorry, but that's where I draw the line.
