Re: Seen any good movies lately?

I took a friend of mine to go see "The Rum Diary," I don't think she understood it, but I loved it, being a fan of Hunter Thompson. It was basically a prequel to "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas," which is one of the more bizarre movies I own...

I have to say, we have the name of our website "Super Mario Bros. The Movie Archive" on the front page, and it's the movie's logo, then the words "The Movie Archive" in fuzzy lettering that doesn't fit the theme at all. I propose we find someone good with photoshop to make a sign...

Re: The debate of Mario's voice

To me, Walker Boone is the definitive voice of Mario, and should have gone on to voice Mario in the later games up until this day. He's a gruff but lovable sounding Italian Brooklynite-- the perfect embodiment of Mario. Lou Albano was good, but he was too Italian, then Bob Hoskins is a British guy p...

Re: The First Rebel, an SMB Prequel

Okay, I just read through most of this. It's a solid idea, but you need to lose the Wario character. If Wario is the parallel alternate of Mario, who is supposed to be 35 in the finished film, then going back in time by twenty years would make Mario and Wario only fifteen years old. I like the idea ...

No. Luigi is a complementary opposite to Mario, without Luigi you just have one type of character with an off-balanced attitude that needs to be properly weighed out by an opposite yet equal character beside him.
