I partially knew how to cast already where I had made masks in the past. There alot of guides online but the most difficult part is mixing the plaster just right. A Goomba suit would be completely amazing. Are you intending to make it the full seven-feet-tall or a little smaller? I do happen to have one of the original Goomba sculpts which you could use to make a latex Goomba mask for the head. Hopefully it will be the full 7 feet tall. I have a few ideas on...

Thanks everyone. Some of you are asking about the boots. Originally I sculpted them from clay but the mould went waaaay wrong so I salvaged what I could and cast latex covers which I glued over some cheap secondhand ski boots then painted them up.
