Good grief...this thread makes me revisit a place I thought I'd long since banished to the furthest corners of my mind. Still, duty before reason... Ah, let's see. When did this thing come out? 1991? 92? 93? One of those years. Hmm, I vaguely remember seeing it at Harlem Corners on Harlem Avenue in ...

I do like your idea though, you gotta admit the first Inspector Gadget movie was kinda good. No, I don't gotta admit. I just watched it a few days ago, and it does not improve with age. I think the whole problem with it that I had is, it's too smart for its own good. It's trying to go the Scream / ...

The movie's title sounds like it has the makings of a song. Only problem is coming up with things that rhyme with "Jankel". Let's see...there's "rankles," as in "it rankles on my nerves," there's "Wankel", as in a Wankel rotary engine...I suppose you could say...

I'd really like to see a prequel , so that we can find out stuff like who the original king was*, how Koopa came into power, how the Devo gadgets were built and what it involved, etc. Most importantly, it needs to address the question of how the evolved dinosaurs came to emulate humans. Couple of additional changes I wouldn't mind seeing: 1.) If at all possible, it might be better to show Lena simply screaming while utterly disintegrating into ash and swirling away rather than the undignified gasp then blast into the wall as a skeleton. I'm torn, as usual. You have a pretty good idea there, Redstar. Why don't you pass it on to Chauncey for his SMB project? He might find it an extra little detail that makes his universe just that bit more 3-dimensional. Unfortunately, you have almost nothing in the film to back that up, since gravit...
