Re: ERTL Brochure and Catalog page

What was the phone number or email that you contacted them with? Perhaps I can see if I can find a lead on that person connected to the toy advertising for the movie. I know that the other toy commercial exists, its just a matter of finding the right person who was involved in it. :)

Re: 19th Anniversary Theatrical Screening Events

Yes--the plan for Wilmington is to put some prop stuff on display. We'll have some of the things we had in LA, but we'll also have a few new things as well :) If one of the police cars ends up on display in the theater's parking lot, I'll squeal like a little girl, haha. I swear at least one of tho...

Just saw the new photos put up from the LA Screening, it looks like it was such a great time!!! Loved all the pictures of the memorabilia and the cast/crew, im glad it was such a huge success. I hope the Wilmington screening goes just as well. Will there be stuff on display there too?

Re: ERTL Toy Line Discussion

Yeah, it's definitely the 'Joker grin' stage. The artwork from the back of the packaging actually depicts Stage II , though, while the mask appears to be a slightly more de-evolved version of Stage I . Yeah, it also kind of looks like the ape-head goomba figure, but with a bigger grin. I'm looking ...

Awesome!! I am definitely looking forward to all of that!! He emailed me a picture of the sculpts too and I got to see the Koopa mask. Looks pretty similar to the artwork used on the back of the action figure card. That would've been such a cool accessory.

Ok, I don't know if this is a gimmick or a real promo item, but the seller said this item was sent to video stores in order to promote the release of the movie on video. I find it quite odd that I actually have something to contribute to this thread. Anyone seen Ridley Scott's Legend ? It's very Zelda-esque, very surreal and unique. Once you get past the quirkiness of the film, it's quite good. Tim Curry (in a very Ganonesque role) completely steals the show. I lov...

The Ninja Turtles were a huge part of my childhood growing up, before I got into Super Mario. I even had the large plushies of the 4 turtle...

John Leguizamo is currently performing on Broadway in his one-man show called "Ghetto Klown," kinda like an auto-biography done in the style of a stand up where he reenacts his upbringing and his journey as an actor. Interesting part is that he got Fisher Stevens to direct it! Here is a yo...
