I'm very happy about this! Super Mario Bros. 2 is my favorite of the original series, in large part due to its unique atmosphere and creatures. I think you can tap into a huge amount of nostalgia but utilizing the right enemies and locale.

I watched this at 5am when staying over at a friend's who has two children under ten. Outside of the CG-style I think it's a decent adaptation, although the original '80s series holds more interest to me.
