Movies You're Anticipating

List and talk about any movies you're looking forward to, but don't yet have enough information to merit their own thread! No post is too small here; whether it's a delay, script rewrite or casting rumor, feel free to talk about it! I rarely look forward to movies myself, but this year and the next ...

I understand where you're coming from and feel the same way, but Phlibbit works 50 hours+ a week. He simply doesn't have as much time to do updates as he once did while I have no experience with web design. We have considered updating the site layout once more or adding a third person to the project...

The font used within the trailer is a little hard to read, while the clips seen between the text cards are sometimes too brief to really get a feel of the context.

Re: BLU-RAY RE-RELEASE INFORMATION/PETITION

While it may be more likely to get a decent release through a different company, we stand a better chance at having better promotion and behind the scenes features with Disney. I don't think there's any way to get around Disney's role at this point.

I like the idea of Sonic, but I never did enjoy the games past the level design and music. I just found the series far too fast-paced, even though I know that's really the whole point. I'm more comfortable with platformers like Mario where I can take the time to explore every nook and cranny and not...

Film Project I Want To Happen

I've had this idea for years now about a film that is shot over the course of decades, then finally cut together into some sort of cohesive story. I just love the concept of filming a story around different characters and seeing them age and playing their adult selves. Even cooler would be seeing th...

Howard the Duck

Having just watched this movie for the first time I can sincerely say that it is not the "worst movie ever made," nor is it anywhere near that level of lack of quality. When determining a film's quality I look at two things: its acting and its cinematography. Howard the Duck has a star-stu...

This reminds me a lot like Wrecking Crew. Though I dunno if I'll see it I'm not fond on CG Disney movies. Going by the hero/villain dynamic, arcade artwork and the skyscraper theme I think it takes more from the original Donkey Kong, though I'm sure the inspirations will be much deeper than that. h...

Great trailer, but it's short and doesn't really have a lot of focus. There's also a lot of quick/hard cuts, especially towards the end. What I enjoy most about fan trailers is that you can present a focus and theme that wasn't evident in the official trailers. The movie was largely marketed as a fa...

Completely cool, man. That particular phrase is probably the second most popular among us fans, following only "Trust the Fungus." It's often overlooked, but easily defines the overall theme of the movie. :)

I've done the same. It's fun going in and making changes where you can. That's really where some of the best and well-known hackers got their start. You'd be surprised to know the juvenile crap they turned out in the '90s compared to the pure art they do now.

I wonder where the Super Smash Brothers franchise would fit in to all of this, it could have a storyline similar to The Avengers. I am loving your idea of the subplot, too. Try going back to Shakespeare, that old master of the hostile takeover.
