All right, so this isn't everything I wanted to post, but it's pretty close:

So, make your way through all that over the next week and get ready for Parker's interview. You don't want to miss it!

I really like the poster, the font is a bit boring, but I really like the pipe look with the evil eyes at the bottom, makes me wonder what could have been, I mean I love what we got but my mind is going all over the place with what they could have done with the pipe motif from the games.

The pitch link seems to be inert, every time I click on it, it says "webpage not available..."

I'm anxious to read that pitch, though, I must admit. Of all the scripts, the initial sci-fi draft by Bennett and Runte is my favorite-- it's violent, edgy and dark, yet still retains a lot of the humor seen in the finished project. It reminds me a bit of Mark Protosevich's unused screenplay based on Richard Matheson's novel "I Am Legend," which to this day people say it's a crying shame that that wasn't the script they worked with and how if it had been made it quite possibly might have been the greatest sci-fi movie ever.

Don't get me wrong, the Bennett/Runte script has things I would change here and there, but overall, it's the script they should have worked with. Plus, from what I understand the role of Mario was written (in the initial sci-fi draft) for Bruno Kirby, who would have been excellent as Mario. When you do your interview with Bennett in the upcoming days, be sure to give my compliments to chef, I think it's a damn shame they didn't work with that screenplay.

The link works for me. Try this: http://www.smbmovie.com/SMBArchive/preproduction/script/10_ParkerTerry_2-19-92.pdf

Our interview with Parker should illuminate a lot of things about the film's creative decisions. While most of our interviews become outdated within a few months, necessitating a return with follow-up questions, Parker's interview has held up remarkably well since we conducted it last year.

The link still leads me to a page that says "webpage not available." Either way, I look forward to reading it.
