7/4/12--Sequelcast Special Episode

* Site staff Steven Applebaum was recently featured on a special episode of Sequelcast and had a great discussion about the film. That podcast was a success so the Sequelcast guys have also recorded a brand new SequelCommentary podcast about the film. Give it a listen!

I finally listened to the first Sequelcast episode interviewing Redstar. It was really good, I definitely enjoyed it! I hope you guys will be able to get a documentary made, I was really excited to hear about that!! It would be incredible if Bob Hoskins and John Leguizamo agree to get on board.

While we are not currently in talks with either Hoskins or Leguizamo, we will definitely keep the site posted on the documentary's progress. We would like to make it a community-funded and supported project, so there will certainly be much information to share soon enough.

I have a feeling Bob Hoskins is probably a lot easier to get ahold of than you might think... I also think it might be a good idea to interview the man who would be Mario, Danny DeVito, as we know he had some involvement with the film for quite some time.

Hoskins is actually hard to get. If he were easy, we would've interviewed him already.

He can't be as hard to interview as the other would-be Mario, Bruno Kirby-- unless you've got a couple flashlights and a shovel.
