As promised we are now returning to regular updates and the long awaited site overhaul! Our nationwide screenings have been an exciting detour, but it is now finally time to provide new content. We would like to announce that we are joined on this mission by two new staff members: Blake Dumesnil and Rory Joscelyne.

    * Blake has been a longtime member of the film's community, well known for his preservation of surviving memorabilia. He has now offered his services as a professional graphic artist towards overhauling the look of the site, beginning with the sleek new site logo seen above. Look forward to more developments by him!

    * Rory is a relatively new member of the community, though has nonetheless been instrumental in launching new content and otherwise focusing the mission of the site. With his help we should have each section filled within a matter of weeks!

Our community has made enormous strides over the last few years. New members join our forums daily while others E-mail to show their support. We could not have come this far without you all, so we will continue to do our best in appreciating the film and its rich development.

If you would like to help in any way feel free to CONTACT US any time. We appreciate any contribution, be it information on merchandise, a magazine article we might have missed or even just words of encouragement.

It's a process, man. You might notice that many pages that didn't even exist before are now up. Roareye is working daily on this, so just be patient.

lol Slow process is slow. :p

It's fair enough that people are eager to see all the new information, and in a more complete layout, without jarring 404s all over the place. Just bear in mind things take time guys, bear with us and you'll be pleasantly surprised :)

I don't care if it takes another ten years. I will still visit the site frequently with or without the overhaul. Of course I am eagerly awaiting the updated website nonetheless.

It's coming together. I realize that this should have all been done years ago, but everyone has to realize that for the longest time it was just Phlibbit and I operating off our own time and our own talent. Bringing on new staff has made a world of difference.

Just to keep people apprised, all the pages in Site Home, Pre-Production, Production, Post-Production and Special Features have been completely converted to the new layout (bar some missing pages, which will be dealt with asap).

Media and Merchandise have most of their pages converted, however some will still go back to the black and white design. These will be dealt with after the preliminary version of Game Homages is complete (which is still a heavy work in progress).

You'll note that Media Reception, Video Releases, Music and Interviews are better arranged as well as a preliminary (incomplete) version of the cast credits are also now available.

Thanks very much, Andrew! Sorry for the delayed response.

Rory, the site is looking fantastic! Let me know when you're ready to tackle the props/costumes pages. I've got photos of just about everything we know to still be existence. I also need to take better photos of some of the items I have such as the Bullet Bill and the meteorite necklace and this would be a good reason to do so.

Also, for some items such as the boots, there is a pretty neat history behind them that we might want to do a write-up about for the Stomper Boots section of the props page. There were about 3 different types of boots made for the film depending on how they needed to be used.
