I like these interviews with Bob Hoskins and John Lequizamo. I really don't understand why they couldn't have John Leguizamo have that mustache he had in the interview for the movie. *typing this I realised, in the interviews Bob Hoskins doesn't have a mustache and John does* It was also funny hearing stories about Bob getting hurt, and how he chose not to have a stuntman. If he were to complain about that he should just blame himself.

I would really like to see a reunited cast interview with these actors, even if they have nothing bad to say about the movie. I want to hear all of them together again sharing stories, and talk about Dennis Hopper since he is now gone.

Agreed. When I watched the interview I was like "Oh NOW he's got one!" lol. Granted I won't complain because he didn't have one, but really, he should have. I played the games, watched the cartoons, did numerous drawings, so when the movie came out and Luigi had no mustache I was like "..What?" It just didn't feel right is what I'm trying to say, that's all. It's like when Alex Trebek of Jeopardy shaved off his mustache after how many years? lol.

Fantastic update though! It was interesting to see the interviews now knowing what they all think of the movie now. It was awesome to see all the old trailers and TV spots for it, I watched them all. Very nostalgic.

It's pretty funny that even here, among fans of the movie, we still get people bringing up (no, not complaining, just "mentioning") the fact that Leguizamo had a mustache during that interview. Personally, it never occurred to me until the last few seconds and even then I was only a little bit amused. I personally like that Luigi didn't have one (I'll explain another time), though Leguizamo does look really good with one.

Also, Phlibbit put a lot of work into cutting and editing these videos to get them up tonight. They're all a great look into how big the hype for this movie was, so thanks for all the time you put into them!

I thought it was also pretty funny that Hoskins had no mustache and Leguizamo did. And although we now know what a circa-'93 Leguizamo w/mustache would've looked like, I wouldn't have the film any other way.

Having said that, I wonder if someone could take Leguizamo's head from the interview and find a good shot of the movie to combine it with...

It'd be a pretty cool project to composite Leguizamo's mustache onto Luigi's lip throughout the entire movie, or at least a scene or two. It'd be ridiculous to put all that work into it, but I guarantee you it'd be picked up on a few sites and everyone would start gushing about it.
