1/24/11--New Interview! Advertisements Sub-Section Launched!

For this weekend, we have a new interview and some great media pieces:

* Our interview with Scott Mactavish (Goomba) is up! Check it out!

* The advertisements sub-section has now launched with two great pieces related to ERTL's toy line:
o The initial advertisement from the 1993 ERTL Catalog, and
o The official ERTL brochure for the entire action figure/toy line!

Loved the interview. I especially love those shots of the goombas at the bar haha. Its awesome that he and the other goombas got to jam out at the bar!!
also loved seeing the toys on an actual brochure!!! Makes me want to find more SMB stuff haha.

I have a suggestion for everyone on here:

In 1993, John Leguizamo did an interview with Nickelodeon Magazine about the then-upcoming Super Mario Bros. film. I had a copy of it long, long ago, but it got thrown away mere days after I'd gotten ahold of it. (I was five at the time.)

I do remember having it in my possession. Can we all band together and track this interview down? Unfortunately, I don't know where to even begin!
