Hey You! Did you like the Soundtrack to this movie?

Because I sure did! And you know the cover of Walk the Dinosaur by George Clinton?
Well, I found out that he released a single with other versions that he did to promote his songs for the film!

The album also features a "Funky Goomba" mix, a "Goomba Dub" mix, and including an Instrumental version!

Woah, I wanna see if I can still get my hands on this if it still exists!

Haha! I think you can still get it, I found a link. This is for a 2 track EP though, it doesn't contain all the remixes.

I like the cover though =)

I have the rather rare album with all the instrumental scores to the movie downloaded to my computer. It's hard to find, so I can share it if anyone likes...

(This is the album I'm taking about: http://themushroomkingdom.net/mania/albums/nmsmb)

I have that as well, it's really great and contains cues not in the movie (perhaps deleted scenes). There's also a picture of Koopa in military regalia that I haven't seen anywhere else either.

Interesting... I wouldn't mind checking out the scores for the film, if you don't mind sharing that is (:

It's a bit to big to e-mail, so let me post it on my website.
Here's the first half, I'll put up the second half as soon as I figure out why it won't upload...

Thanks a lot for the link to the score. I would buy it but given the limited copies, what was it 500? When it does show up, it's usually more than a lot of us probably want to pay for a CD. :P Funny story about the soundtrack I guess. I had my dad get me the soundtrack when I was younger because I really liked the music in the movie. I was a kid and didn't understand it wasn't the score. I saw it had a song called "Where Are You Going?" and my ten year old self assumed it was the score music where Luigi crazily drives the van.

Now being older I appreciate all the great songs on there from the movie.

What did we say about meaningless two-word responses?

Yeah, that suite definitely has unused music in it. Really beautiful piece, IMO.

Seconded. Koopa in full-military regalia, as in the first scene, looked really good. I'm compiling different images and footage of Hopper in military uniform from other works, though it's surprisingly limited.

Umm...re: bootleg. It's a bootleg. It wasn't sold anywhere. It's a ripped off version.

I want that Walk The Dinosuars song by George Clinton but I don't want to shell out $14 for an out of print CD for just 1 song I want. So if anyone has it can they email it to me?
