Yeah, that's exactly it. Getting through that enitre level without getting hit once. It's pretty insane!

Believe me I know. It had to of taken me atleast 3 weeks or more to beat it. I used to have the footage of myself collecting the star just so I had the evidence that I beat it. It makes me so sad knowing that file is gone for good, I collected all the stars twice, but still just ended on that level not beating it.

Anyone get any of the first 3 DLC packs for NSMB2? I got all three. The beginner course is the most fun--and it's something I wish the actual game had more of. The intermediate course is okay but I felt didn't really offer a whole lot. And the difficult "Nerve Wrack Pack" is pretty hard, worth getting for the challenge.

Yes I bought them all, I beat them all very fast, the nerve wrack course the worst. I really wish they would just make a download that's a whole new world, like world 9. Or even new power ups.

As far as I know, two more DLC packs are coming for NSMB2 before the end of the year. I'm not expecting new powerups or a new world, but hopefully they can find a few more ways to make this formula interesting.

They need to do something, maybe make a new challenge for 2 million coins. I've collected the million and what it's worth is really bad. Main menu is gold, and a gold Mario statue in the center of the coins. They're just lazy. It would have been cool if when you get a million, you can play the game with the SMB3 sprites. It's just sad a good franchise doesn't get the attention it deserves, and we all get sucked in.

I know that I'm looking forward to NSMBU as Super Mario World was my favorite game growing up. The direct design references are very nostalgic!

I unfortunatly had to cancel my WiiU order because know I will be broke if i get it. Might just get another ps3 or xbox, cause I really want that South Park game coming out. There's also a ton of 3DS games I want, Adventure Time, Paper Mario, Luigi's Mansion 2, so I think i'll be okay to wait a bit for the new system.

So I am going to wait for WiiU because I have a feeling they will also drop the price 3 months after release, plus I want it when a real new Mario platformer comes out. I'm kinda getting bored with these new sidescrollers since they feel like they are doing the same thing. Never thought the day would come where I would say that. But don't get me wrong, when I do get one I will make sure NSMBU will be on my list.

I read that there's a free download level pack coming out NSMB2, which will have levels from Mario Bros, SMB, and SMB3. With new hidden areas. They decided to do this since 300 Billion coins were collected world wide.
