Suggestion: Wikipedia Entry

Postby IbanezJFS » Mon Aug 06, 2012 2:17 am

I recently saw the Super Mario Bros. Wikipedia page. And they actually have a section on the page about the Legacy of the film. And I think it's time to up-date it and put a detail description about this website and the Movement that Ryan Hoss has started.

Hell maybe even go full tilt make an entire Wikipedia page about SMBmovie.com And explain to people how we see the movie and hopefully this will convince people to give it 1 more try.

We appreciate the sentiment, but our website and work simply is not notable at this point. Without proper citation it cannot be mentioned on the film's page, let alone have one of its own. How many websites have their own entries on Wikipedia anyways?

Summer of Sonic

While the site may not be Wikipedia material, the hard work of physically showcasing the film and gathering those who worked on it might well be, even as an extension of the movie's own page.

The Summer of Sonic event I run, linked above, has its own page and sites that contribute heavily (The Sonic Stadium etc) are listed as links at the bottom.

See if we can do anything like this :)
