Any creepy goings on during the filming of SMB?

I know about the basement of the house that the actress who played Daisy lived in for a while, but I'd like to know if there are any other reported eerie occurrences that went on.

On set accidents? Please, fill me in on these. I am aware that the atmosphere inside the cement plant was very humid during filming and I remember seeing some actors holding the little handheld fans up by their faces during interviews.

Also, I read about an incident during the mud bath scene where Dennis Hopper was throwing a large fit over something.
