This (Still) Ain't No Game: SMB in Nintendo Force magazine
Check it out, y'all: The next issue of Nintendo Force is coming soon, and in this issue, NF Goes Hollywood!
In addition to checking out some movie-related games from throughout Nintendo's history and looking back at the court case of Nintendo vs. Universal, re: King Kong vs. Donkey Kong, we are showing the Super Mario Bros. movie some mad love. Lots of mad love, including some exclusive content! If you're a fan of the movie, then this is one magazine you'll want to have in your collection, so be sure to pre-order your copy or subscribe here!
I'll just close this by giving a humongous thanks to Redstar and Phlibbit for helping to make this a 20th anniversary feature to remember!

Were the forum staff involved with this issue?
What would you do without your big brother?
I'd like to give it a shot and find out.

Yes! Phlibbit and I were consultants on the article, providing sources to fill in the timeline. We also served as editors to ensure that everything was accurate and respectful.
We're very pleased to be able to work with LBD on this. It was an absolute honor to be featured in the magazine.

Given I'm forum staff now, I guess that would technically have been true by default. ;P

I can't wait to get my hands on this issue to see the final article. Hopefully we can work with LBD on some things in the future as well

Would anyone who acquires the digital or print version be so inclined as to scan and post up the article about the film? Y'know, for those of us who either can't afford it or don't have PayPal.
"Hey! You lookin' for this?"
"Give it to me."
"BAH-HAHA!"
"Monkey!"

It's unfortunate that you can't afford the issue, but we won't be providing scans as we support NintendoForce magazine and want them to succeed financially. I'm sure if you look elsewhere it might turn up eventually!
