May 28th. Wow. I don't know whether to think it's been forever or if it doesn't seem like that long ago I was standing in line to see it 16 years ago at the age of 9. I remember the explosive in your face trailer and enjoying the movie enough to get toys and stuff. In rough shape but was excited to get the button with the movie. Good times.
I wonder how it works with stuff like that, like obviously the movie bombed, I wonder exactly how it gets put on DVD or where that money comes from or what the process is for old movies getting dvd releases. I'm glad we got one though. I didn't even have the VHS as a kid. I wonder who has to put up the money for a new release or even to get it out last time.
