A place for those who "Trust the Fungus"

I just got done watching "My Name is Bruce" and there are a few Super Mario Bros cameos/easter eggs in the movie.

Apperently Ted Rami plays a mario brother in the film. Or a nephew or something. His Luigi character is killed by the monster in the movie and is seen in the trailer I believe. During the directors commentary, special features...the crew talk about that character and how he was a reject from the plumbing business or something.

Funny when Ted's character spoke, it sounded just like Luigi. And when the credits rolled and the bonus features kicked on...it was confirmed.

Anyway, I thought I'd share that tidbit.

And here is a fun fact...most of the movie was shot on Bruce's property, on a makeshift backlot.

Pretty cool.

Yeah he's definetly a Luigi parody. I have the bluray and they even make fun of it on the behind the scenes, they say he's the lost Mario Brother or something like that. It's pretty funny.
