I had a ream once that Mario was de-evolved into a Goomba, and wearing the red suit still. Kinda weird.

So since he was a relative of one of Daniel, and I am one of Daniel's sister's, that is the connection, right? Probably another dumb question. >.<

Technically so I guess.

I've enjoyed discussing my dream with you 1upmushroom. Heading out for the night. Lets see what new dreams await. I will be sure to post if anything else interesting 'happens.'

I've had a few dreams related to the film over the ;last few months, but only last night's seemed interesting enough to merit a post.

I dreamt that a game developer ripped-off our comic idea to use as an unofficial sequel game. The details were different, such as the inclusion of Mallow and Croco, but overall the developer was utilizing our premise. Another interesting point was that he was using Jodorowsky's dune as a basis for the art direction... Thanks Serum!

This wasn't really a dream, but I did have my eyes closed for a moment and that's when I saw him. It was clearly Dennis Hopper's face and he didn't look too happy. This just happened a little bit ago, and he was on my mind before that. Still it startled me. That doesn't usually happen when I close my eyes after thinking about someone.

I had a weird dream about the Mario movie, sort of.

Mario and Luigi had been captured by Koopa's army, but they escaped, and he sent out troops to find them. They traveled across many lands--there was a forest with magic in it, and a cloudy place with cloud people who had all been brainwashed to serve him, and a canal place made with Legos and laser-firing speedboats.

They were looking for a woman who had beaten Koopa before. I don't remember if she was Daisy or Peach, but she did she had defeated his wife Lena, too. I woke up right as they met her so i don't know if they won or not, but they both knew that if they ran into Koopa again they wouldn't just be captured, lol.

I often dream I'm wondering through the abandoned cement plant where the movie was filmed and I see the 'shadows' of the actors, directors, writers and producers moving about through the old, aged and decayed sets and props. I take a lot of vitamins, so my dreams are extremely lucid.

This is so weird, Serum, because in one of the stories I'm working on, I travel to the cement factory and encounter Dennis's ghost. At first, he appears as a shadow in it! viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1662

I once dreamt I was in the elevator in Koopa's tower. I was wearing nothing but boxer shorts with little 1 up green mushrooms on them and for some reason I was only a child maybe 7 or 8 years old. I was watching as the floor count rose up and up on the digital read out of the elevator. The elevator was going so fast it passed by floor 9999 until finally I was in orbit! This wasn't just any elevator, it was a space elevator! I flew far passed the moon, then mars and passed Jupiter until I arrived at a space station shaped like Bob Hoskin's face in orbit around Neptune.

The giant mechanical doors of the station (were created where Bobs mechanical mouth would be) opened to let me inside. The Elevator doors opened to a bright 70's like disco scene where the entire cast of Mario Bros and Hook we're rocking out to Bob Hoskins Gives Me Sexual Healing by Georgina And! The Slippery LIttle Seals! I could hear the song as clear as I would while awake, the so bad its awful but actually kinda good sound of the singer's Billy Corgan like vocals, the horrible, it might have been made in a garage on a budget of $100 dollars sound quality while being streamed off of youtube. It was all there as real as if I were awake.

But then it all went black, as if someone had pulled the plug on our whole party, the music stopped the lights went out. And everyone screamed! Suddenly the lights came back on but they were an eerie hellish red, the sound of death metal mixed with Justin Bieber filled the dance floor! It was horrible, like the hybrid sound of corporate pop and the devil himself! The screams of terror turned to screams of anguish as monsters and devils hurled fire balls from the ceiling and burned people alive! Spikes came up out of the floor and implaled countless victims. There was blood everywhere, enough that it reached up to my knees! Like a flood from a hurricane.

AND then! It happened, a bright white light shined through the chaos! I saw a cross appear hovering over the dance floor! And nailed to it was non other than Bob Hoskins! He looked up from his torture and ripped himself free from the cross he'd been nailed to and with a mighty english roar he screamed, "FUCK YOUR METAL IM GETTING OUTTA HERE!" He roared again a mighty Bob Hoskins roar! The demons and monsters vanished and the dance floor fell silent as Bob hovered down from the sky. When his feet reached the ground he looked over at me, I was still in awe of what just happened. But he just smiled and with a twinkle in his eyes and a thumbs up in hand he kneeled down right next to me and said, "you did good kid, I dig. And never forget, to always trust the fungus!"

I woke up in a cold sweat.
