I had a strange but interesting thought today, what if William Shatner played King koopa in the SMB movie

King Koopa : "Well my....my....looks like!...you!...got up on!...tttthe wrong side! this morning!"

The reason Shatner spoke that way is because every episode had constant rewrites so he had to pause often to remember what the new lines were. Funny, since Super Mario Bros. went through the same thing, so we'd probably get the same acting if Shatner had played Koopa.
