Does anyone even remember bottles98 anymore?
Isn't this a little feminine?

I hear him, too. In the laughter of every child. Maybe bottles98 isn't so much a person, but a vague benevolent force that exists in the trees and the butterflies.

bottles98 was/is a friend of Phlibbit who encouraged him to make this site, but wasn't himself especially a fan of the movie.

They're good friends, I think that fact speaks pretty well for itself. But other than that, maybe Philibbit needed help and bottles was the only guy who seemed capable of the job at the time.

Re: Forum Member Updates
SHAMELESS PLUG TIME! I decided to make a horror blog series centered around a character I made called 1upmushroom (Trust me, he's kind of different). It's called "OOOH...Scary Things! Give me a break" and it starts out with 1upmushroom receiving a challenge from one of his enemies to play three games that are supposedly haunted and "scary". Of course, the later entries will involve more things that just games but for now this is where the story is beginning.

It was meant to be a thread in which forum member would post updates in their life, like if they got a job, or if they did something lately. That was the purpose it was supposed to reduce the general thread from overflowing with useless posts.

...Isn't that what people use FaceBook for? I mean, I don't use FaceBook because I don't want people to know what I'm doing all the time. And because I have many powerful enemies who want me dead.
Seriously though, when did the internet become a place for people to tell other people what they're doing every five minutes? Don't get me wrong, I'm guilty, too-- but I don't really do it anymore.

I did, too. Then today happened. I'm just glad I got to do everything right yesterday. This was almost completely unforeseen. But major heart surgery has its consequences, and when you're eighty two years old, you want every single second.

Oh yeah heart surgery sounds risky, being that age. My great grandfather on my moms side is 80 something and he broke his hip and had to be in a nursing home recently cause he can't walk. My other grandfather is like 97 and he's been sittin at his home alone since 04 when my great grandma passed on. It's sad but he is lucky to be alive still, though if I was that old I think I'd just be waiting patiently for death to come.

It's the hardest when you don't see it coming. All the doctors, the nurses, the staff and the surgeons said he was going to be fine. I met with several teams of them and they all said he was making great progress and that he would be ready to go home by Saturday. And then, as quickly as I had said "good night" to him when I left the ward, last night, he was gone when I woke up this morning.

Re: Forum Member Updates
Serum I am very sorry for your loss. Please send our regards to your family.
We're also very worried for one of my parents' friends from our caravan stays in Fairbourne (I definitely recommend the campsite there, btw). He's been diagnosed with terminal cancer and the docs think he may not live past Christmas. I don't know the guy personally but yes we're all worried for him, also I admit for obvious reasons I have a problem with any upsets against myself occurring in the jolly month of December *glares at the health officials who opted for two of my shots to occur in two past Decembers* so yes I hope my parents' friend defies the docs.
There has however been an update on my tooth surgery: I have not been given a specific date - mainly because the docs start the general waiting list by about March or April! Both my mother and I have agreed that is definitely not a good idea, both in case the tooth gets worse - and of course in case I have any more 'Damme' good news (believe me it can sneak up on me any time, even in December [such was proven true first in 2004, then again in 2007]!).
However... I have been put at the top of a 'fast-track' waiting list, meaning if there is a cancellation then the docs will ask me if I can come in on that date - and I can say whether or not it is convenient. Mum will make sure the docs accommodate my every need (including NO NEEDLES), and again I definitely cannot go in on October 29 (or any other dates when an airing might occur) but most days are fine - even Halloween, Christmas or my 28th birthday! Yes I'll admit, as was the case with the first of my two wisdom teeth ops the only time I consent to any medical attention in December is if I need any surgery then and as long as my terms are met (again including no needles).
But don't y'all worry, I stay safe even in December - my family has our own Christmas traditions, including about yours truly assisting the parents with their hall-decking on the first weekend in December, and yes this year will be no exception. Don't ever hesitate to drop me a line if you want to do any of my family's traditions for yourself!

Now im kinda hoping the world ends on Dec 21. Humanity is gone.
Well, maybe it was on accident or maybe he dropped them and the nurse was going to give them back, I wouldn't judge the scene so harshly. Plus, I don't think watching someone get robbed is a good reason for wanting the world to end. Worse things have happened before. I don't mean to come off as heartless I just think you're overreacting.

Well yes I agree she's a complete jerk, and I hope some form of action was taken against the nurse. Did anyone call the police or someone over the incident?
But no it's not really worth wanting the world to end - yes especially not in December! Not to mention, that date will in fact be the second anniversary of when I joined here!

Yeah, also, the date predicted for the "end" (The Mayans never said it was the 'end of days,' their calendar was recyclable, it meant it could be used over and over again, it's kind of hard to explain...) wasn't December 21st, 2012, it was actually December 24, 2011.
So either we're all dead and we just don't know it, or nothing happened.
