Interesting article regarding if Disney bought Nintendo...

Postby Serum » Sun Nov 23, 2014 4:12 am

Stumbled across this on Yahoo.

I could see it working, and it'd more than likely secure a director's cut of the movie, which Rocky Morton loosely implied he has access to in that other recent interview.
What would you do without your big brother?
I'd like to give it a shot and find out.

It won't let me read the article but I found something similar to it and I just gotta say that will never happen. If anyone still thinks Wii U is dead and dying they are just stupid and haven't done their research within the last few months. Disney wont buy, Nintendo won't sell, and there will never be a DC cut of the movie, just be happy with the bluray.

Well that's just stinking thinking, I won't let go of any hope I have and I have a lot. As long as I live I'll never rule out the possibility of a director's cut, or even-- if the cards are played right, a sequel film.

THAT'S really pushing it! Hahaha. In all honesty, Miyamoto made 3 short Pikmin films, so maybe he will be want to make 3 short Mario films, though it is not going to be what you're wanting.

Nothing's impossible, UE... improbable, unlikely, but never impossible. You just gotta believe.

Gotta love Sony being hacked!

So maybe we will get a new Mario movie but not what you wanted. But I still, I'm very highly doubting it.

I already made a thread about it but my little brother (who now lives near Canada, so I can't physically smack some sense into his silly posts) kind of turned it into a bunch of silly posts. Regardless, Sony doing it is just ironic. Besides, it wouldn't be a part of the Mario movie universe.

Nintendo doesn't need saving as the article implies because it already has a savior. And his name is Pikachu. BUT what if Pikachu was really THE MOUSE in disguise all along? If that IS indeed the case then gentlemen, I'm afraid they have already won…Wii U makes me wanna poo.
