Wow Redstar, thank you for that speech. Anyway looking back, I just realized, its only been a year and a half and already I'm groaning over my old posts! I think my fan film thread speaks for itself.

I was so embarrased by some of these posts that I even DELETED some of them, you'll notice some of my story threads are now gone.

I just can't believe I have so many "Did I really do that?" Already, it's actually funny. XP

After reading these, I actually thought of kicking my own ass! XP JK, anyway hopefully my post will become less annoying and stupid and that I'll have more awesome memories of this site.

Apart from my internet messing up (on my birthday, of all days!), my birthday went well. My favourite present was a Vega (Balrog to any Asian viewers) figurine, oh he's so cute!

And when I went out birthday shopping, my purchases included the Zombies Christmas Carol graphic novel (LOL I never saw THIS one coming!), Kylie Minogue's 'Enjoy Yourself' album... and a large yellow Yoshi figure (I did think about getting the pink one for my mom, but then I decided against)! Again I bought the Yoshi moreso to deal with my upset at PETA, as well as for my adoration of SMB. It certainly goes with the gold purse which I also had for my birthday (I've requested gold jewellery i.e. as a subtle reference to the Gold Coins, but I've managed to snap up some other lovely gold stuff as well LOL)

Thanks, everyone! I don't have as much to share as I did last year, but I still had a really good time. On Monday (the day before) I just invited over some friends and family for a few games of Mario Kart 64 and Mario Party 2 followed by an enchilada dinner. Everyone stayed until about 3am, spending most of the time just watching the Food Network and discussing different meals.

On he following day -- which was my actually birthday -- my girlfriend took me out to a sushi lunch. That night I went out for Red Lobster with her, my mother, my grandmother and my aunt. It was a special time since those three women raised me in my earliest years. It was good to have them with me.

For you Mario fans, this is what my girlfriend gave me:
