The dozens of massive factories that have made the desert nearly unnoticeable constantly puff a heavy blanket of smog over the city, almost entirely consisting of the deceived and fed up. These people are his slaves, and a single offensive utterance no longer sends a person to jail, but straight into either a puddle of lifeless ooze or a dumbed down 'robot' with no options other than the 'Hail Koopa' lifestyle.

The man that ruled before the Marios sent him splattering on the pavement was a joy to have around, compared to what he has become since his return. Framed posters of Hitler adorn the walls in his office now, and he claims that that's 'the only human that he would invite to dinner and a few drinks.'

His last venture to the human world led him to the discovery of mankind's most infamous 'purger' when he stepped on a book somebody had dropped that was a biography of the monster's life, picked it up and started reading and soon fell in love.
