After I watched this scene a thousand times I did notice that there was a Goomba uniform on the devo chair. I have the making of, book, there's a picture of the meltdown, only it's the Goomba uniform on the devo chair, and the slime is on the floor. The movie was so mixed up there's probably a thousand reasons behind it.

Once again, I'm late to the party (which is my fault for not checking in as often as I probably should), but I have to say this is probably the most awesome fan made thing I've ever seen for this film. I honestly never thought I'd see the day someone would make a little animation based on the movie, let alone one that recreates a deleted scene. I've seen the movie countless times now (just watched it again today, actually) and I've never noticed the clothes in the chair when they push Koopa into it. I did notice the slime on the floor, but never really thought about it. This has been as enlightening as it has been entertaining for me. And it sure is great to see this movie live on through its fans.

Kudos to you, ultimateemail5000!

Dude thank you so much. I have some things in the works, I just finished my very own short cartoon prologue to 0069, episode 2, and now I'm kind of just kicking it back. I might do the dishwasher scene next, more of 0069, or some animation for a guy and his movie. Not sure yet. Either way, the dishwasher scene or as I like to call "nobody touches my tools" scene, will be animated sometime in the future, so look for it. Also I was thinking of doing a really quick 40 second deleted scene of Lina and Koopa's tongues wrapping around each others, as their kiss.

I agree! Look at this pic from Wikipedia, and tell me that Bowser and Dennis Hopper weren't separated at birth.

It's the eyebrows and the chin that give it away, methinks. And the eyes, that evil expression.

...Although Hopper (as Koopa) didn't actually have any eyebrows in the film. But yeah, I know what you're saying.

I had to look at this three, or two times, I dunno about Hopper. Honestly my feelings toward the movie now is, I love it. But I would rather see Hopper in 93 wearing the Koopa de-evolved make up. or a 2010 CGI Bowser, as much as I really hate CGI. For the Bros, I want to see the actor who plays Borat, as Luigi of course, and possibly I hate to say it, JB of Tenacious D, or some other fat actor I can think of but can't at the moment.

But as much as I hate him in every movie other than Tenacious D Pick of Destiny, JB I think would fill the shoes...unless you want Ron Jeremy who was in a porno parody of the SMB movie but called Super Hornio Bros. It's about two game developers who get sucked into a game and what do you know? Fight a actor who is very poorly portraying Dennis Hopper as Koopa. There for in the end, HE WINS. No, not making sense, stopping this post now.

Yeah, what's worse is, he's not joking. "Super Hornio Bros." is real, Ron Jeremy plays Mario. Unlike the actual movie it's spoofing, it had a sequel. :?

It's more the shape of the eyes and snout.

If we're talking about lookalikes, Tom Felton's also reminiscent of Hopper/Koopa, especially as (blasphemy, heresy, I know the drill) Draco Malfoy. He has that kind of utterly chilling glint in his eyes...the young upstart waiting to overthrow the king and will do so by all means necessary, perhaps?

Maurice LaMarche or someone would have to overdub him, though.
