This may not get done real fast because as you know I have a movie to make. But I thought of making my own fan version of the technical meltdown scene that was deleted.
This version will be very different than the first version. (Which was very well done, I might add.) This scene will be all 100 percent animated, no live action, just animation.
Now I'm not sure if some of the audio will be from the movie and some fan audio like the other one. Because I want Koopa to say "Things evovle from PRIMORDIAL slime." It just makes more sense like that.
I have the entire thing planned out. I'm also thinking of doing it in anime. The reason is because I think it looks more cooler that way. Plus I've been doing some and drawings, and I realize, Koopa's more sinsiter looking than regular animation. I'l tell you more soon.

My version of the deleted technical meltdown scene
Isn't this a little feminine?
Yes. I know. It was my ex wife's.
But you wear this stuff?!
Yeah on an occasion we have a date.

I think animating the entire scene is a good idea. I liked ultimateemail's version but it was a little disconcerting going from reality to a more basic style. Looking forward to an animesque Koopa; anime usually gets the villains right. Just something in the style.

Thinking of what to do. I could go with a yugi-oh style, but I prefer the Dragon Ball Z Kai style.
Here's an update, when I did these drawing I made each characters' body from a Dragon Ball Z Kai character.
Koopa's like Vegetta, most of the characters like Mario Luigi and Toad are like Goku, and the Goombas are mixed between Vegetta, Radditz, Recoome, and Captain Ginyu.

Hey I actually had an animated recap of Saiyan Saga, and SMB characters in DBZ style...only it was abandoned and never finished. It was also like 7 years ago..Mario had Goku hair, what not.
I would like to see your designs, but as an animator, animating designs can be hard, and take a lot of time. Which is why I used such cheap animation in the deleted scene.
Also the reason for the way I added the scene in with live action, was inspired by the Clerks X edition, where you can watch the whole movie, then the 5 minute animated deleted scene pops up, then back to the movie. That's what I had in mind.

Well, the reason not to do it in live action was because I didn't want to make it come off as just a cheap knock off of yours. I wanted mine to be original.
Plus I just realized no matter how I try, I can't make the designs really like the characters. I've done many Mario drawings but they were always cruddy or weird looking. Though you might be delighteed with my new control room design.
I'll take a picture of it and show it to you guys.
Plus, (for fun) I made "Devo Chamber Rules".
