Made with DeviantArt's muro. Please, keep in mind I did this all using the fingerboard on my lap top with my finger. This is my own take, as well as a twist, on the scene in the movie where Koopa is transformed into his true form. Obviously in my version of it, Koopa is getting the upper hand and Mario and Luigi are about to end up dino-chow. A bit harsh I know, but I just wondered how it would be if they had not survived. The bright lights and building represent what I remember of Dinohattan. Hope you all like it!

Of
course Koopa has the upper-hand. Definitely harsh, but we all know (and accept) your perspective on his character.

It's a really good piece. I'm surprised at how well you drew it using only a laptop's fingerboard as well as how quickly, considering you mentioned doing such artwork only yesterday. That's not really how Koopa's T. rex stage looks in the film, but the piece definitely captures that scene in a simplistic, exaggerated way. I'm looking forward to seeing more such artwork, particularly Koopa's more human stages.

I made him look different on purpose really.

I wanted to go all out on making it my own but still make the characters recognizable using certain features.

Wow, this turned out really well! I, too, applaud you for having the ability to do such impressive work while using nothing but a laptop's fingerboard. Koopa's face came out the best, I think, and I like the 3-D effect of his fangs and claws. And you've got his classic blond locks/spikes, which is always a must while drawing the film version of his character. I also like how you did the background, with the bright colors and everything.
I hope to see more artwork by you soon; of course, any characters would be embraced.

Thank you sweetheart, I plan on doing more for sure. Maybe a more animated version of the picture you have on your posts. I really love that one.

A conversation between two Koopas. I used the laptop fingerboard again. Stuck to the truer version of the movie's T Rex Koopa this time.
More fingerboard art. I said I'd attempt to draw the picture on Peach Blossom's posts so I finally decided to stick true to my word. Hope you all like it!

Thank you! I hoped it'd turn out as good as I wanted. I really liked the idea when I finally thought of it. I thought it would be pretty original because I have never seen the movie Koopa and game Koopa interacting before.

What a great idea of yours to do a drawing featuring Nintendo!Koopa and Movie!Koopa together. You've captured them both perfectly; I particularly like the angle in which you've drawn the T-Rex's head. You're also very good at drawing the Bowser featured in the games.
Your drawing of Koopa and Daisy turned out just gorgeously!

Unlike the image in my banner, the one in your drawing expresses a truly romantic feel. Koopa gives the allusion of sympathy and kindness, while Daisy appears quite overcome with fascination. I like the detail in her hair as well, and your take on her dress from the movie. A very sweet picture, overall. ^^
