Best Idea for a Sequel EVER!!!

Okay I see there are alot of topics that talk about what your ideas would be if there was a sequel or what would you what it be be, who would you want to be in it, ETC.
And that is something I have been pondering to, I have had quite a few Ideas, but this one is my best idea and I think you nguys will love it!!!

Okay, here it goes...............
PROLUGE
I think, it would be cool if they made a Super Mario Bros Sequel, based on US!!!!!!!!!!!! THE FAN, THE WEBSITE, THE CULT!!!!!!!! It would be a movie, about a bunch of freaks trying to make a movie! So it would start off during 1993 on the opening day of the first movie, were we as little kids have just walked out of the theater with our parents thinking "OMG that was the cooliest thing I ever saw." But our parents for some reason arent looking to happy... Then a couple of years later were in elementery school and were all talking about the movie with are friends when they say, "That movie was dumb, I hated it." and were like "huh" and then we say "well your going to see the second one right?" and then our mean friends will say "Bet that will never happen. HAHAHAHA" And thus begins our torment, when mulitiple scenes are shown which show us from being verbally abused by everyone whom we mention this movie to, to even reading John Leguizamos autobiography (in which he writes a whole chapter about how he hated this movie) but regardless of this our spirits are never broken due to our hope that someday there will be a sequel. years later we all go to an anime convention which we all just happen to cosplay as characters from the movie, and this is how we all meet each other. So then on forth we form an alliance, The super Mario Bros Movie CULT! (This is a cult movie after all...)

Years Later

were are all sitting done watching the end of the super mario bros movie, we see the last scene of the movie were Daisy comes in and says "your never gonna believe this" which is when, somebody stands up and says" thats it! I'm tired of waiting, on tired of holding on to false hope, i'm tired of having to suffering because a couple of fat old guys and uptight nerds dissapproved of a movie. (By fat old guys he referring to flim critics) I say we stop waiting for something to happen which isnt going to happen, and instead make it happen ourselves. (he starts to yell) I think were should make our own damn sequel." another replies "you mean make a fan flim?" He slams he foot, "NO, I mean we actually buy some rights to nintendo, get ourselves a crew, write a script, hunt down all the actors from the first flim who are still alive, AND FORCE THEM TO REPRISE THERE ROLES!!!!!!

Summary

So basically its about a crazy group of friends who dont know anything about making movies, trying to make a movie. Alot of the flim will us literly stalking Bob, John, and Samantha. and going though lots of trouble trying to kidnap them to be in our movie. I thinking there will be a scene were we find John Leguizamo and ask him to be in it were he says "hell no, i hated doing the first one." then one of us shouts "SHOVEL" then one of us hits John over the head with a shovel knocking him out. He later wakes up in a dark room, with a lamp over his head and three crazed looking geeks with knives, bats, and other torturious devices. we all look at him and say "I'm gonna ask you this again, would you like to be in our movie..." And with the whole Dennis Hooper being dead thing, i think it would be funny if our cult was so insane that every full moon we put on some crazy voodoo ritual to "Revive Lord Koopa!" and everytime we prove unsuccessful which would leave our which doctor to say, "Damn, it didnt work...Wait I know what we need!!! MORE BABY BLOOD!!!"MWAHAHAHA

So what do you think????

Well, besiides that being pretty funny at times, its not a sequel as its more like Merrit's The Legend of Annabel Jankel idea. Its not a sequel if its not in the movie universe. Though I'd move ths to the fanstuff thread.

My first thought went to Merrit's The Legend of Annabel Jankel as well, which is similar in theme, but itself an original concept.

Funny I was actually thinking about the movie Hamlet 2 when I wrote this, but okay I'll move it.

Hamlet 2 is a good movie. I can definitely feel the same tone between that film and your proposed "sequel."
