01/17/2012--Rob Burman Interview Follow-Up (Part 2)

As promised, our follow-up with Rob Burman continues:

    * Our Creatures section has been updated with a dedicated page to the Koopa Creature, with sub-sections for all four stages featured in the film. There are over 40 exclusive images in here--and they're all fantastic. They really give you a sense of how much work went into creating this impressive combination of prosthetics, sculpts, animatronics, and CGI.

So, enjoy those awesome photos. If you haven't joined our forums yet, please stop in and let us know what you think!

This was a great update. It's been something we've held onto for a long while, but have finally gotten the chance to share. It's unfortunately going to be the last update for at least a few weeks, too, so I hope it tides you guys over. Keep up the discussion! :)

I loved putting this stuff together, and really have to thank Rob for providing us all this extra stuff even after our initial interview.

Just look at all the cool nuggets we got here, like Hopper pre-prosthetic, the alternate Stage II paint job, and that one shot of all the sculpts/molds.

I'd love to read what everyone else thinks of this cool new content. Because you know, Redstar and I could very well keep all this stuff to ourselves :)
