Re: Your Dream Castings for Video Game Movies
Shouldn't this be in the general thread?
Isn't this a little feminine?
Yes. I know. It was my ex wife's.
But you wear this stuff?!
Yeah on an occasion we have a date.

Im sorry 1up but this is possibly the worst idea for casting ever. Tom Cruise is way to old to be link. It'd be like having Hagrid from Harry Potter being Link. Maybe if they flashed forward to 50 year old Link retired, or if it was 1985 he'd be good for the role. Maybe some unkown actor still starting out. Link has to be in his early 20s as an adult. I'm sorry again but this made me laugh so hard, thank you.

Well, if we're talking dream castings than 1upmushroom very well could have meant '80s Cruise as opposed to '12 Cruise, but that should have been specified. I can easily imagine '80s Cruise (Legend-era) as Link.

Actually your BOTH wrong. The only reason I chose Link was because I couldn't think of anyone else really.
In fact the only real guy I legitametly thought wwould be good was Jeremy Irons as Ganondorf.
And besides if I picked Cruise legimetly I would've picked Cruise as he was in Legend, the closet movie we'll ever get to a cinematic version of the Legend. Of Zelda

Hmm, I guess if I were casting a traditionally animated movie based on Jazz Jackrabbit, the voice cast would look something like this...
Jazz Jackrabbit: Jason Lee
Spaz Jackrabbit: Michael J. Fox
Lori: Milla Jovovich
Eva: Kathleen Turner
Devan Shell: William Shatner
And I would have Don Bluth direct and animate it, I'd also probably hire Parker Bennett to write the screenplay since I'm not that good with this particular story.

What would you do without your big brother?
I'd like to give it a shot and find out.
