SMB Posterized/Rotoscoped Frames

So I was messing around with some video modes on VLC today and figured out how to turn the frames into this neat, almost animated looking style. As you can see, it works best on the wider shots with a lot of color. Doesn't work too well with faces and dark scenes, but I threw a few in there just for fun.
