2/15/11 Updates--Big Media/Video Update!

Some really great videos headline this week's update, and in three different categories to boot!

* In Media: Advertisements we have a video of the 1993 Summer CES where a live, in-person Goomba was present to promote the film.
* In Media: Trailers is another video from the same Summer CES--an intro/trailer for Nintendo's booth, primarily featuring the Super Mario Bros. film.
* Media: Coverage features a video that surprised even me when it was found: a clip from UK television show Bad Influence that contains a "sneak peek" trailer of the film that contains in-progress VFX shots, alternative/temporary dialogue, and deleted scenes!
* Speaking of Deleted Scenes, that page now has convenient navigation links and has been updated with some additional deleted scenes information.

I just got the update from the videos updated on youtube, I watched the 93 Bad Influence video so far, and noticed a few changes. The way Bertha tells the Bros. to get it big boy, is said completely different, and there's the scene involving the Bros. in prison talking about not chasing a girl in another dimension. I believe part was in the novelization, if I am correct. It's also weird seeing Mario talk like that and not Charles Martinet. That Mario voice doesn't really bother me, I kind of like it.

Nice update so far, I'll have to check the videos and the rest out soon. I love this stuff, especialy seeing new footage from a movie I thought i'd never see rare footage from, even if it is only 5 seconds.

Oh forgot to add, I noticed the music was different, though it's a trailer, so I'm sure it was just some bland insert music they used.

Amazing update. All three videos, especially the Bad Influence clip, were special finds... And they all came in the last couple weeks. It's good to be able to showcase them so soon after.

Awwww the Allosaurus rat is so cute, I wish I could pick it up and cuddle it...

And the Nintendo booth trailer clip also features a brief clip of Street Fighter 2 Turbo! ...Well I bet you were expecting me to point it out
