This image comes from "Fungineer" Mark McCoy. In his own words: "The drawing of the fungus was drawn by Simon [Murton] (his signature) and was basically an instruction sheet of what we needed to make the location look like by the time he got back. It's part of the location area where Mario falls down a shaft and [Luigi] "flies" while hanging on a construction hook."
