This section is where you'll find some of the most intriguing stuff that the SMB Archive has to offer. That's why it's special! First, we have TWO early drafts of the movie's screenplay. The first, dated 7/17/91, is the long-rumored "fantasy" based screenplay, and is a lot more videogame like. The second, dated 3/25/92 is an earlier, rougher and more hard-edged version of the movie as it exists today. The Deleted Scenes section is an ongoing page of speculation and deduction about the possible deleted scenes in the film. The Game References page will (when it's finished) be an extremely comprehensive listing of all of the SMB video game references that can be found in the film. The Character Profiles section aims to flesh out the many characters in the film, providing both analysis on their role in the film and their conception and development to the screen. Actor Profiles are just that--pages designed to give you some additional background on the folks who portrayed the characters in the film. The Interviews section contains all of the available SMB-related interviews I could find. And it also holds all of our SMB Archive EXCLUSIVE interviews! And to round everything out, we have a section for Opinion pieces--these articles hope to explain, speculate, or comment on many various topics related to the film.
